Dwelling Coverage calculation is generally the same
Landlords Package Policies (LPP) have significantly less Personal Property coverage (your tenant should purchase a Renters Policy to protect their contents)
LPPs include coverage for Loss of Rents if your property becomes untenantable due to a covered loss
LPPs often require an endorsement for specific types of loss (for example, theft may be excluded except by endorsement).
